Most Interesting Thanksgiving Break Experience

Thanksgiving break was just a beautiful thing because I got to spend time with relatives and friends that I have'nt seen in a while. The food was just great everything was good. We played games without anyone getting mad. This fun lasted for hours and hours. This really was great experience for me!

Summary

To sum up the whole movie it is a great motivator for teachers, parents, older brothers, and sisters to do a little extra to help struggling children. Mr.Clark went out of his way and did more than what was required of him as a teacher. If more did that there would be no children left behind. This movie taught me that things are not always about you, and to see what you can do for others and not what others can do for you all the time.

I think the recruiter fair was a very warm and welcoming for people attending Albany State University. They basically gave the run down about the campus, living expenses, and vital information for upcoming freshmen.

Speaker Heather Horn

Heather horn provided good information that can go a long way in life. She talked about how to save using the bank, everything you will need to know about credit, and finances. These things can have a big input on your life whether it is good or bad. Young adults usually don't know how to manage their money when it comes to their finances. They may go and get a credit card and mess up their credit. One thing really stood out though and that was about people stealing other people identity. This could turn a person whole life around, so best thing she said we can do about that is protect our identity, and watch who you give your information to.

My talk withe representative Mary and Niki from Greystone Apartments was a good experience for me and my classmates. I learned all the qualifications you need to have to move into an apartment. I also learned all the things that can get you evicted out of your apartment. As far as salary you have to have a more than decent income to live there. No credit or bad credit is what you also need to have before even thinking about applying there.

3 firefighters hurt in River Road Pharmacy fire treated,released

3 firefighters got hurt in a sunday night fire at River Road Pharmacy. They have already been treated and released. There was smoke inhalation, heat exhaustion, and second degree burn at the fire. Nobody still don't know the cause of the fire yet.

Georgia man sentenced in immigration scheme

A man in Atlanta received more than three years for $100,000 bribe in a immigration scheme. Hasmukh Patel a former homeland security person was convicted to of conspiring encouraging immigrants to enter the country illegally. McDonough was sentenced three years and four months. He also have three years of 100 hours community service and probation.

Serena's Meltdown

I don't think Serena should be fined. Every professional athlete have there times when the get frustrated. This sometime may cause them to react in a unexcceptable manor. This is a part of sports all over the world with players. Some people wonder if she should be suspended for cursing and threats. Now people are now waiting on what's going to happen next.

President Obama education speech

In President Obama education speech he is talking about how students, teachers, and parents need to work together to help students achieve their goals. He says he is going to work hard to get all students books and computers at their school, but they must also do their part. He also says that there is no excuse for not doing what you suppose to do at school, and it does'nt matter where you come from.

I don't think this haircut is a distraction in schools. This haircut is a way of showing school spirit. I think this is should not be addressed because this is a pointless arguement. Teachers and other adults always try to make things more than what they appear to be.
